The rooms in the maisonette were right on the street and very noisy. We received the wrong room key with which you could still unlock both our room and that of our children.

What a really great stay, nothing too much trouble. Charming and attractive accommodation with an excellent service in the middle of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Exceptional staff during our stay. Central heating, an iron and a coffee/tea maker available in the deluxe queen room. Variety of brilliant options for meal. Very central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from St Philip the Evangelist.

The breakfast was of high English standard, the minibar left nothing to be desired. The restaurant was good!
A double room with *one* seat is not that comfortable. Unfortunately only a permanently installed shower head.

The warm and plentiful breakfast with melon and fresh juices was the best part of our thoroughly enjoyable stay. the location was perfect and comfortable, right in the centre. - It was also right by 'the Bistro', a park right at the front of the building, and many many restaurants.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was old, but clean. Street noise early in the morning, because the windows are badly insulated. (Despite the previous announcement of a quiet room). Artificial flowers on the table.

The staff were very kind and nice. the breakfasts were the best and very good with cereals, yoghurts, and bacon. - the location was great, in a lovely English market town with easy access to boutiques and a supermarket.
